Questions
How does the free trial work?
Open BidRidge and use everything for 7 days. No card needed. When the trial ends, your jobs stay on your device and you can still open them; new estimates and PDFs need a license.
Monthly or lifetime?
Monthly is $49.99 and you can cancel any time. Lifetime is $599 once and includes 12 months of updates; after that it keeps working, and updates are optional. If you'll use BidRidge for more than a year, lifetime costs less.
Do you take a cut of my leads or jobs?
No. Leads come straight to you from your own website and ad accounts. We never see them and never charge for them.
Where are my jobs stored?
On your own phone or computer, not on our servers. You can save a backup file anytime and move jobs to another device.
Does it work without signal?
Yes. Once it's installed on your phone it works offline. You need signal to send the PDF.
Does it get better over time?
Yes. Close out each finished job with the real hours and costs, and BidRidge shows where your estimates run over or under and adjusts your rates with one tap. You can also choose to share anonymous results (never your customers or company name) so starting prices improve for everyone.
Can my crew lead use it?
Yes. One license works on up to 5 phones and computers. Jobs don't sync between phones automatically yet; you share them with a backup file.
What if my rates change?
Change them in Settings any time. Your Track record also suggests changes from your finished jobs.
Will the prices be right for my area?
They're built from your wages, your production rates, your margin and your local sales tax. Price a job you've already bid during your trial and compare. BidRidge is a guideline: you fill in every job and check every price before you send it.
