Why a range and not one price?

Two houses with the same square footage can have very different wall area, trim and repairs. The low end is our Good option and the high end is our Best option for a home like yours. The walk-through turns it into one fixed price for each option.

Is the walk-through really free?

Yes. No charge and no pressure. You get a written proposal you can take your time with.

My house was built before 1978.

Older homes may have lead paint. We use EPA lead-safe practices when we disturb old paint, and include that setup in your price.

When can you paint?

Exterior paint needs dry weather and the right temperatures to cure. We'll recommend the best window for your home at the walk-through. Busy-season dates fill up early, so it pays to book ahead.

What isn't included in the range?

Major rot repair, decks, fences and outbuildings are priced at the walk-through. So are very steep lots that need a lift.
